Gryffi is a cloud-based employee onboarding and training platform that enables organizations to create interactive, step-by-step experiences called "journeys." These journeys guide employees through onboarding processes, training programs, compliance requirements, and knowledge sharing.
The platform provides a visual drag-and-drop editor where administrators create journeys by connecting different step types on a canvas. Steps can be arranged in linear or branching paths, allowing different experiences based on user choices or assessment results.
Journeys consist of seven step types:
Space Steps: Display locations using standard images, 360° panoramas, or interactive floor plans with hotspots
Guide Steps: Embed AI-powered chatbots that answer questions based on uploaded knowledge bases
Content Steps: Present text, embedded YouTube videos, or images
Challenge Steps: Create multiple-choice quizzes with configurable passing scores and retry options
Form Steps: Collect data through customizable forms with various field types including file uploads
Poll Steps: Gather feedback through single-question surveys
Reward Steps: Distribute digital rewards or completion certificates
Organizations can create custom AI chatbots by uploading documents (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, CSV, images) to build a knowledge base. The AI responds to user questions based on this content, provides source citations, and can be configured with custom personalities and response behaviors. AI Guides support 14 languages and can be embedded within journeys.
The platform supports 14 languages: English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish, Polish, Romanian, and Turkish. A Copy & Translate feature uses AI to automatically translate entire journeys to different languages.
End users (journey participants) can be added manually, imported via CSV, or synchronized automatically from Microsoft 365/Azure AD or Google Workspace directories. Users can be organized into groups for targeted journey assignments.
Makers (Administrators) invite end users to journeys via email containing magic links. No password is required for end users to access their assigned journeys.
The analytics dashboard tracks journey completion rates, step-by-step funnel analysis, individual user progress, group performance comparisons, quiz scores, poll results, and reward claims. PDF reports can be generated for specific journeys or user groups.
The platform is hosted entirely within the European Union, with servers in Germany and AI processing in France.
