Create (scaleable) B2B tech growth

First article, going to get right to the point.

We know you're going to attempt to launch on social. Let's go!!!! It's where all of our ideal users are. Here is the underlying system that makes VIRAL SOCIAL LAUNCHES seem so easy.

1. The Founder 100 customer chat.
Yeah, you really need to get out and directly validate the idea, mvps and core function to users. Figure out what it solves, why it's valuable, what trait makes them a good users and test out monetization by "selling it".

2. Social Outreach
Take this and scale it to a daily task in the dms. Start with 100 per week; hyper analyze who is connecting, what conversation openers work, how many messages needed to get to a call or landing page; etc.

3. Programmatic Outreach
a. build a list - take the traits, locations, job titles, industry and demographics of all the people who connected above and build an audience off them. recommend linkedin sales nav.
b. scale outreach to 20-40 per day - work on the replies daily, use comment and social reply to drive a higher connection or acceptance rate, listen, analyze and iterate on message, document what the messages are telling you.
c. create social content based on common themes and topics from the messaging above. this creates authority around the ideas that your audience cares about.
3. Authority and Optimization
a. use the content above within your messaging funnels, this shifts from a "message" to a conversation where you answer objections with socially proofed response; allowing you to quantify the value within their situation, rather than convince them of your point.
b. segment the audience, and sequence specifically for personalization.
c. scale up your engagement on handles that you're creating from.
d. take top performing content, use SEO research to script and create YouTube videos on these. increase authority, and allows you to repost on the original social platform; with better packaging and presentation.

4. Scale 100-1000x using email marketing
a. create look alike audiences, enrich using AI and then start to mix social outreach and cold email.
b. do all the necessary stuff for open optimization (warm emails, custom domains, GDPR, etc).

5. Build the sales process, offer, pricing and package.
Use all the info above to create a clear system that closes and converts. Now you're ready to scale.

6. Create a content anchor (Youtube channel or Newsletter) to hold audience who are in nurture or not ready phase;

7. Start to run ads to fill top of funnel or (when aware) move Ideal Customers right to mid funnel/point of conversion.
a. Audience ads on Social, primarily Meta.
b. Intent ads on Google, programmatic, display
