Excited to share my work on Copilot.live — a no-code platform that lets businesses build and deploy AI-powered chatbots across web, mobile apps, and WhatsApp Business.
As the solo product designer, I was responsible for designing the full product experience — from onboarding and bot configuration to analytics and deployment — ensuring everything is intuitive and scalable.
With Copilot.live, businesses can:
• Launch AI chatbots in minutes, no coding required
• Automate customer support and reduce agent workload
• Deploy chatbots across websites, mobile apps, and WhatsApp Business, Slack, etc.
• Personalize customer experiences by recommending products based on user preferences and behavior.
The challenge? Designing for a new category of users — those exploring AI without writing a single line of code. This one pushed both my design systems thinking and my ability to translate abstract AI concepts into approachable UI. This was all about designing for speed, scalability, and simplicity — helping businesses go live faster with smarter, AI-powered support.
