Workflow Management System that transforms a Customer Information which comes as a Word Document to a PDF and XML File using tools such as Journal Tracking System, Web Astra, Time Sheet Automation and Book Dispatch System. Journal Tracking System is used to create a Workflow, Web Astra used to move file from one Department to another Department based on the work flow and Book Dispatch System used to generate the PDF File. My responsibilities involved were Requirement gathering, System design, Class Design, Coding, development, Defect fixing and coordinating with infrastructure teams and other production related issues.
