I built Formbase.dev - an open-source form backend you can use from any frontend. Point your forms at a single endpoint and you get stored submissions, file uploads, and notifications without building a custom service for every site.

The goal is simple: Formbase is the backend only. You own the UI and validation logic; you can keep everything static, or integrate it into any framework.
