It is more than just a talk between an employer and an employee or between two peers. When you network with someone who inspires you, then it does not include casual talks, rather it is more about exchanging each other thoughts on something that both of you have an interest on. It enriches your potential of critical thinking. It also opens door to multiple opportunities. Networking can also help built long-term connections with people who can offer career advices that helps you grow in the industry you are working in. It helps to enhance your visibility in the industry you work in.
