Sr. Product Designer

We’re Hiring: Senior Product Designer (Full-Time, Remote)

WhiteFrame Creative is looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing product design team. This role is ideal for someone with deep, hands-on product design experience who enjoys solving complex, real-world problems through thoughtful, scalable design solutions.

You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design robust SaaS products used by global users — with a strong focus on usability, clarity, and long-term product growth.

📍 Location: Remote

💰 Salary: 80K - 100K BDT

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design across complex SaaS products

• Translate business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into elegant product solutions

• Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes

• Collaborate closely with PMs and developers to ensure feasible, scalable implementation

• Own design systems and ensure consistency across products

• Conduct UX thinking, usability improvements, and iterative design refinements

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design standards and best practices

Experience & Skills We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of hardcore product design experience (SaaS-focused)

• 5–7 years of overall experience in the design industry

• Strong experience designing complex digital products, not just marketing sites

• Prior SaaS product experience is required

• Medical / Healthcare / EHR product design experience is a strong plus

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, design systems)

• Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user flows

• Experience working closely with development teams and product managers

• Ability to think strategically while executing at a high visual and UX standard

Who This Role Isn’t For

• Designers focused only on marketing or visual-only UI work

• Candidates without real product or SaaS experience

• Designers who lack experience handling complex user flows or data-heavy systems

• Those not comfortable taking ownership and making design decisions

What We’d Love to See in Your Application

• Case studies of 2–4 strong product design projects

• SaaS product examples with clear UX thinking and problem-solving

• Any healthcare, medical, or EHR-related product experience (if available)

• Figma files or live product links demonstrating real-world implementation
