Product Designer (B2B)

Key responsibilities:

• Hands-on design of intuitive, engaging, and meaningful user experiences in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Own the full design process - from discovery and research through prototyping, testing, and final delivery - setting the bar for user experience across all customer touchpoints

• Use a blend of research, design, technology, and product understanding to create holistic and innovative solutions

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, users and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions

• Stay ahead of trends in design systems, interaction patterns, and technology within fintech, SaaS, and wealth management

Qualifications:

• Expert in Figma, including advanced prototyping, component libraries, and responsive layouts

• A passion for beautiful (b2b) tech products

• You love being challenged and solving problems

• Strong experience in leading design projects and teams in a fast-paced and high-performance environment

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to stakeholders

• A deep understanding of user-centric design methodologies and a passion for resolving user pain points through great design

• Bonus: Previous experience designing for finance and investing products
