Front End UI developer

Experience Level: [3 to 5 years]

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Frontend Developer with a strong foundation in modern JavaScript, React, and component-driven architecture. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building intuitive and scalable user interfaces using modern frontend technologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive web applications using React (functional components and hooks)

• Create clean, modular, and reusable code using best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Build custom React hooks and reusable components to streamline development

• Ensure UI implementation aligns with accessibility standards

• Maintain consistency in styling using CSS3, SCSS, or SASS

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of frontend development practices

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in JavaScript / ES6

• Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3

• Basic knowledge of TypeScript

• Experience with React functional components and React hooks, including creating custom hooks

• Ability to build reusable React components

• Familiarity with SCSS / SASS / CSS Modules

• Understanding of web accessibility principles (a11y)

• Awareness of modular programming concepts

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience writing unit tests using Jest

• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot / ChatGPT, with an ability to write and refine prompts

• Experience with Fluent UI 8/9 or any other CSS framework such as Bootstrap, Material UI, Tailwind

• Working knowledge of GitHub and version control using Git

• Familiar with npm workflows, monorepo tools (like TurboRepo)

• Awareness of ESLint rules and code quality standards
