We are looking for a highly driven Marketing & Client Acquisition Executive who can bring new clients to Tekloomy. Your primary responsibility is to identify potential customers, pitch our services, build relationships, and convert leads into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and acquire new clients for Tekloomy through online and offline channels.

• Promote Tekloomy’s services to startups, businesses, and individuals.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Generate leads from social media, LinkedIn, cold emails, WhatsApp outreach, and networking.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.

• Prepare proposals, quotes, and service explanations.

• Track and report weekly progress, leads, and conversions.

• Meet sales targets and deadlines.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of digital marketing, web development, and IT services (preferred but not mandatory).

• Ability to identify leads and convert them into clients.

• Experience in sales or marketing is a plus.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation

You can decide any one model:

• Fixed monthly salary

• Commission-based structure

• Hybrid model (Base salary + Incentives)
