The Role

We're hiring a UX/UI Designer to join our small, fast-moving team. You’ll be the second product designer, working directly on our core platform and helping us expand into new agentic AI product lines.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead end-to-end design across everything from early concepting to final delivery. You’ll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and commercial teams to bring clarity to complex problems, champion user needs, and ship thoughtful, scalable experiences.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and cares deeply about craft. Experience designing for technical products, complex systems, or AI-driven tools is a big plus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Translate business and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final interfaces

• Own end-to-end product design across core workflows, new features, and experimental AI capabilities

• Run design workshops, co-creation sessions, and usability tests to uncover insights and shape direction

• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design intent is delivered thoughtfully and accurately

• Help build and evolve our design system and visual language across the platform

• Advocate for accessible, inclusive, and intuitive design that scales with our product and customer base

  
  

About You

• You have a strong portfolio showing end-to-end work

• You’re skilled at turning complexity into clarity, especially when designing for technical or enterprise users

• You’re confident in Figma and comfortable with auto-layout, component libraries, and rapid prototyping

• You care about clean, elegant design, and you back that up with user focussed thinking

• You’ve worked with or helped maintain a design system

• You’re familiar with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and inclusive design principles

• Bonus: Experience in developer tools, AI products, or data-heavy platforms
