What you will work on?

You will be joining us in this 1-100 journey, building the best AI tutor platform out of India (likes of Duolingo). So there is tons of UX, personalisation, gamification, complex problems, and new ideas to work upon that comes along.

Requirements:

• Proof of work is a must - Prior internships as product designer / Strong design portfolio

• Someone who would love to build a true Ed-tech with us and cruise in a fast-pace environment

• Asks right questions to understand problem statement deeply

• Can dig deep to understand target audience

• Can make workflows by understanding different cohorts of this audience

BONUS skills

• If you can do basic motion designs , we have something for you

• If you can do simple video editing like on reels, we again have something

Strong match: If you have worked on deeper workflows of gamification, learning, personalisation, habit building or related apps.

Important: We thrive on smooth communication, ownership and agility. It’s a must

Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with our product and growth teams 💡

• Design product features with a structured process - research, user insights & competitive analysis

• Be aware of the problems across the platforms and can suggest what can be solved with design

• Participate in collating user feedback from different mechanisms

• Take data-driven decisions wherever needed

About the interview

Before you message us, please go through the website & have basic understanding of what SuperKalam is.

Resume will be short listed as per your projects / prior work experience. After this, an introductory call will be scheduled.

Introductory call (15 min) - We will want to know the problems you have solved using design, how do you understand audience, etc. You can ask relevant questions. Accordingly, the next steps will be discussed.

Assignment (typically 1-2 days) - This will be skipped only if you have strong portfolio.

Product round (1 hour) - F2F interview focusing on product understanding

Final closure discussion (30min)
