Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI,ML Engineer to join our growing team and lead the development of intelligent, scalable AI systems that power our core platform.

You'll be working on exciting challenges across machine learning, NLP, data engineering, and model deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade machine learning models.

• Work on NLP models for resume parsing, candidate-job matching, and semantic search.

• Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into the platform.

• Conduct A,B testing, evaluate models with real-world data, and iterate on improvements.

• Build and maintain data pipelines for training and inference.

• Stay current with the latest AI,ML research and bring innovative ideas to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–10 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and AI.

• Strong Python skills with experience in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Solid experience with NLP libraries such as SpaCy, HuggingFace Transformers, or OpenAI APIs.

• Experience with end-to-end ML pipelines – data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment.

• Exposure to MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Airflow).

• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.

• Experience deploying models on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

• Experience in recommendation systems, semantic search, or LLM fine-tuning.

• Exposure to vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.

• Prior startup or SaaS experience is a plus.
