Full Stack Software Engineer (AI Agents / Product / Founding / Mid-Sr)

Role

Most agents today are for coding, but 99% of the world aren’t engineers. At SellScale, we’re building AI Agents for non-technical people, starting with the sales org.

As we grow, we’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer. You’ll be hopping between classic SaaS integration problems, user-facing requests, and AI agent infrastructure.

This position is targeting a minimum 1% equity grant minimum and a $200k base salary minimum.

Requirements

  1. 2-5 years work experience at prev startups - you’re familiar in a production capacity and have worked on infrastructure ready to scale.

  2. Production experience in our tech stack - able to ship across the stack: React/typescript (frontend), Python (backend), SQL (database)

  3. Early stage ready - interest to join a startup as one of the first N employees as a founding engineer.
