Junior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Salary: ₹1-1.1 lakh/month
Location: Hybrid (Gurgaon)

Role Overview

SeaBuddy’s mission is to reduce isolation and strengthen crew resilience through technology. As a Junior Software Engineer, you’ll work closely with the team to deliver features that support crew well-being and operational excellence. This is a growth-focused role with opportunities to learn and expand into senior responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop features for mobile and web apps using React Native (Expo), Node.js, and SQL databases.

• Assist in implementing multi-tenant functionality and user management.

• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to testing/debugging.

• Collaborate on architecture and design decisions.

• Support integration of offline-first capabilities and Cloudflare services.

• Document technical processes and contribute to team knowledge base.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of fullstack development experience.

• Hands-on experience with React Native (Expo), Next.js, Node.js, SQL.

• Understanding of mobile/web app deployment workflows.

• Bonus: exposure to offline-first apps or Cloudflare stack.

• Eagerness to learn and grow into a senior role.
