We are looking for a hungry, technically excellent founding engineer to join our team. You will be at the forefront of a fast-paced development journey, building solutions that work closely with users and encompassing a wide range of challenging technical problems.

AI has enormous potential for productivity gains throughout the software development cycle beyond just coding. We're building intelligent agents specifically for debugging production incidents - one of the most time-consuming and stressful aspects of every engineer's job.

As a founding engineer, you'll be tackling diverse and fascinating problems every day:

• Time series analysis and anomaly detection

• Processing and analyzing massive volumes of log/metrics/traces data

• Breaking down complex debugging workflows for AI agents

• Building intuitive interfaces that make incident resolution effortless

• Integrating with multiple observability data sources and monitoring tools

Technical Skills:

Web Applications:

• Backend development and database design

• Frontend development (React.js experience preferred)

Observability Domain:

• Experience with production monitoring and observability tools

• Understanding of logging, metrics, and tracing systems
