RansomLeak grew out of frustration. The founding team built Kontra Application Security Training and spent years watching organizations pour money into compliance courses nobody retained. Same pattern everywhere: company buys training, employees speed-click through it, phishing test a month later catches the same people.

The training was boring. That was the whole problem. Slides and quizzes don't prepare anyone for a real social engineering attack.

So the team built something different. RansomLeak puts employees inside interactive 3D simulations of real cyberattacks. They open phishing emails, answer social engineering calls, and make decisions that determine the outcome. When someone gets fooled and watches the breach play out, that memory stays.

The simulation library covers the attack vectors behind most corporate breaches. Gamification keeps completion high. Deploy through SCORM or a standalone cloud LMS. The goal: change how people respond when a real threat arrives.
