hat are your biggest achievements?

"My biggest achievements in business are when I see people I helped get excited about results. It doesn't matter if it's a client or a mentee; seeing and hearing that my knowledge of UX and business helps them live their dream is just amazing."

What inspired you to become a mentor at Porada?

"I would love to dedicate more time to helping and consulting companies and mentees long term."

What's the best career advice you've ever received?

"You stay in a job either because of the money or the experience. If it's neither, leave. I think every job needs to be motivating, and if it's not, your work ethic and quality will fall. It's better to leave—for you and for the company."
