Mid / Senior Product Designer

Outpace Studios builds products and brands for the bold and ambitious (and ourselves). We work with venture-backed startups, Seed to Series C. We're looking for a product designer who doesn't wait around. Someone with strong opinions, high standards, and the drive to see things through. This isn't a role where you execute on tickets. You'll shape what we build, how it works, and why it matters.

What you'll do

• Lead projects from ambiguity to launch: research, strategy, design, and delivery

• Work directly with founders and product teams to ship polished work

• Design for B2B and consumer products, adapting your approach to each context

• Challenge briefs and propose better solutions

• Contribute to how we work, not just what we make

What we're looking for

• A portfolio of complex software work. Products people use daily, not marketing sites.

• Experience owning projects end-to-end, where you clearly shaped the direction

• Strong craft and the ability to execute at a high level

• Professional English fluency. You'll communicate directly with clients and partners.

• Comfort with ambiguity and minimal direction

Bonus

• You travel. You've lived or worked in different places and understand different contexts.

• You're genuinely curious. About tools, industries, people, ideas.

• You use Claude Code or similar AI tools in your workflow. We build with these tools daily.

• You have a fast marathon time :)
