Founder’s Office – Operations Support Intern

About the Role

This is a hands-on operations support internship in the Founder’s Office. The role focuses on backend execution, research, data handling, and internal operational support.

You will assist the founder with structured, day-to-day tasks that help keep internal processes running smoothly. The work may include job research, filtering, manual backend updates, documentation, and similar operational tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with execution-focused work and wants practical exposure to how a startup operates internally.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Backend Support

Research and filter job listings and related data

Manually post and update jobs on the backend system

Maintain accuracy and consistency of data across platforms

Research & Data Handling

Perform basic research as assigned

Organise and update data in spreadsheets

Ensure data is clean, structured, and up to date

Documentation & Daily Execution

Maintain internal documents, trackers, and reports

Complete daily assignments given by the founder or team leads

Track task status and share regular updates

Founder’s Office Support

Assist with routine internal operational tasks

Help organise information, feedback, and execution plans

Support other similar backend or admin tasks as required
