What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate with the team to define, implement, and take ownership of the technical stack, 

• Participate in the entire product lifecycle with a strong emphasis on clean, efficient coding and effective debugging.

• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, working closely with front-end developers to deliver seamless and performant applications.

• Design and build reusable code, frameworks, and libraries to accelerate development and ensure maintainability across projects.

• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability, proactively identifying bottlenecks and improving system efficiency.

• Implement best-in-class security practices and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information and maintain compliance with industry standards.

• Apply strong knowledge of design patterns and software architecture principles to build robust, maintainable, and extensible systems

What you’ll bring to the role 

• 3-5 years of experience in building large-scale products

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience

• Expertise in Java and Spring or other relevant frameworks

• Knowledge of container management tools (docker-swarm, Kubernetes) is a plus. An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

• Good knowledge in at least one of the SQL or no-SQL databases: Postgres, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis
