Educational Recommendations:
Candidates who are actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering- Computer science or Data Science in an accredited university in the U.S.

You will:
Develop ML training procedures for interference detection and characterization AI models.
Train an existing AI model using labeled ML data on a Near-RT RAN Intelligent Controller in a Nokia system test lab.
Perform RF signal injection and evaluate AI model accuracy using established metrics.
Document ML training, testing, and evaluation steps for future use by Nokia teams.
Present project results, challenges, and accomplishments to Nokia Architecture Team leads at the conclusion of the internship.
Familiarity with AI/ML toolkits and data-driven problem-solving.
Understanding of AI model evaluation methods (e.g., confusion matrix, accuracy, precision, recall ).
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance metrics.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; proactive and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills with presentation experience
