About the Role:

As a frontend intern, you'd be reporting to the frontend lead and closely working with the mentor assigned to you, product managers, and designers. We expect you to analyse the problems that are given to you practically while interacting with our other teams as well.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and address technical and design requirements, liaise with developers, designers and product managers.

• Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.

• Troubleshoot and debug applications

• Perform UI tests to optimize performance

• Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.

• Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.

• Take the lead on projects as needed.

Who we’re looking for:

Technical Skills

• Demonstrated experience with frontend development through academic, personal, or professional projects

• Understanding of modern frontend frameworks, with emphasis on React.js

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

• Proactive communication style and ability to take initiative

• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and evolving technologies

• Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork skills

• Genuine enthusiasm for learning and professional growth
