Lead Software Engineer, Development

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software development using the .NET stack (.NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC).

• Architect and implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product managers, designers, engineers—to define and deliver technical solutions.

• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Optimize development processes for efficiency and scalability.

• Manage project timelines and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies.

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC.

• Strong SQL skills: Ability to write complex queries, understand relational data models, and troubleshoot database-related issues effectively.

• Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, dependency injection.

• Proficiency in client-side scripting (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) and frameworks like Angular, React, or Blazor.
