Lead Engineer - Fullstack

Locations: Delhi/NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune (Hybrid)

We’re seeking an experienced Lead Engineer (3-5 years of experience) to help scale Fulltrack’s platform and deliver seamless experiences across our global user base. The ideal candidate has startup experience and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments where adaptability and ownership are key. You’ll work across the stack, from real-time data pipelines to intuitive frontends, ensuring our system remains fast, reliable, and secure as adoption grows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack applications using React/React-Native, TypeScript, and Node.js.

• Design and optimize backend services with MongoDB and RabbitMQ to handle high-throughput cricket data streams.

• Architect scalable infrastructure on AWS and Cloudflare.

• Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver features that enhance player, coach, and match experiences.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability for production reliability.

• Troubleshoot and optimize across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.

• Contribute to technical documentation and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.

• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.

• Production experience with MongoDB and RabbitMQ.

• Hands-on expertise with AWS services and Cloudflare.

• Proven track record working in startup environments, with ability to wear multiple hats and move quickly.

• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

• Good understanding of database design.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Bonus Skills

• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).

• Familiarity with sports analytics or real-time data processing systems.
