About this Opportunity
EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI. We empower personal injury lawyers and victims to get the justice they deserve. Our products enable law firms to secure faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for victims injured through no fault of their own in vehicle collisions, accidents, natural disasters, and more.
We are one of the fastest-growing vertical SaaS companies in history, and we are just getting started. EvenUp is backed by top VCs, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Bain Capital Ventures, SignalFire, and Lightspeed. We are looking to expand our team with talented, driven, and collaborative individuals who seek to have a lasting impact.
We’re looking for a Product Designer, to help shape the future of legal tech and push the boundaries of how AI can serve those seeking justice. In this role, you’ll lead complex, high-impact initiatives from concept to launch—designing scalable solutions that power critical legal workflows and equipping personal injury attorneys with the tools they need to advocate effectively for their clients. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and AI/ML teams to drive strategy, establish scalable design patterns, and bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces.
This is a high-leverage opportunity to influence foundational architecture, champion design excellence, and define what great looks like in a technically sophisticated, mission-driven environment. You’ll report to the Head of Design and collaborate with a growing team of designers who care deeply about impact, craft, and consistency across products.
Job title and level to be determined based on candidate’s background and interview performance.

Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes for AI-powered solutions that scale across platforms and support complex workflows.
Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and AI researchers to ship high-quality features efficiently.
Use your expertise to shape product and design strategy, advocating for system-wide consistency and design best practices.
Mentor and elevate the design craft of the team, fostering growth and maintaining high standards in design thinking, execution, and system adoption.
At least 5 years of experience in software product design.
Experience building workflow products for specialized power users in a B2B environment.
