We’re a YC company with a mission to automate the product development lifecycle. We unify customer interactions into a single pane of glass to take action on customer needs.

We’re looking for customer-obsessed builders that constantly have that itch to move faster through automation. AI is core to everything we do. If you’re not shipping code with AI effectively, it’s not a good fit.

We’re launching a 12 week internship in San Francisco. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with the founders to launch new features to production daily with access to the latest AI models and tools. We work in-person 5 days a week and do remote work on weekends. You’ll have free food and relocation assistance.

What you'll be doing

• Architecting and building AI agents for product development workflows

• Scaling our LLM processing infra to process millions of interactions/day

• Building seamless full-stack product experiences and native integrations

• Developing data pipelines to integrate new customer data sources

• Pushing the boundaries of internal workflow automations with LLMs

  
  

Requirements

• High proficiency in using AI tools to generate code, do research, and create designs

• Strong foundation in TypeScript, React, Python

• Strong foundation in data pipelines and async, streaming, & real-time architectures

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and Docker

• Obsession with your craft and the need to move faster

• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to be independent using AI tools and documentation

  
  

Preferred

• Prior experience building LLM processing pipelines, AI agents, and optimized RAG

• Prior experience building enterprise SaaS integrations

• Prior work on semantic code indexing

• Prior work on advanced NLP applications
