We are looking for elite, autonomous AI Engineers and ML Specialists to join our freelance network. You will consult with global clients, taking their AI vision from concept to production-ready deployment.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and Deploy AI/ML Models: Develop and implement high-performance Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for specific client needs (e.g., predictive analytics, computer vision, NLP).

• Generative AI Expertise: Master training and advanced fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundation models, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementation.

• Build AI Agents: Engineer complex, autonomous AI Agents and multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen to automate multi-step business processes and utilize external tools (API integration).

• MLOps and Production: Establish and manage robust MLOps pipelines for continuous delivery, monitoring, and scaling of models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Client Leadership: Serve as a technical consultant, defining project scope, ensuring ethical AI practices, and clearly communicating technical results to business stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Technologies

• Mastery of Python and core ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).

• Deep experience with model deployment, serving, and cloud-native MLOps tools.

• Expertise in Prompt Engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and vector databases.

• Strong foundational knowledge of statistics, data structures, and algorithms.

• Exceptional independent problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.
