Senior Software Engineer

What You Get to Do:

• Drive the development of Conviva SDKs & libraries to capture comprehensive application analytics insights — encompassing user interactions, network metrics, performance characteristics, platform capabilities, metadata, and other key application events — ensuring scalability, reliability, and ease of integration.

• You will build SDKs and libraries on Android, including Android TV, Fire TV, etc., following the best practices and using easy-to-integrate APIs

• Build SDKs and APIs following the best practices and easy to be integrated.

• Take ownership of the solution from end to end, and be responsible for translating functional requirements into a product solution or offering.

• Work with customers and the Integration team closely during the initial deployment and thereof in sustaining the features.

• Functionally decompose complex problems into simple, straightforward solutions.

• Work closely with Project Managers, Product owners and development teams.

What You Bring to the Role:

• BS/MS in CS or related field.

• Solid understanding of Java/Kotlin programming concepts.

• Strong CS fundamentals, including system design, data structures and algorithms.

• 4-6 years of experience building Android applications, SDKs and APIs.

• Experience working in small teams and delivering quickly and continuously.

• Fast learner of new product domains and technologies to work independently on product features and sustain existing features.

• Great problem solver with innovative ideas, to quickly resolve and bring issues to closure

• Plus: hands-on experience in one of the following areas: online video platform (OVP), and digital analytics.

• Plus: experience working with a global engineering team.
