Role Overview

As a Product Designer, you will contribute to building intuitive, engaging experiences within Capillary’s platform suite Loyalty+, CDP+, Engage+, Insights+, and Rewards+. You'll work closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams to craft experiences that delight enterprise users while embodying our AI-first ethos.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing wireframes, user flows, and polished UI mockups for AI-powered loyalty features.

• Support usability testing and gather feedback from real-world enterprise users.

• Preserve design system standards and brand consistency across Capillary’s product modules.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to align design with user needs and technical constraints.

• Stay curious, learn and apply emerging trends in AI, loyalty, and UX

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of Product or UX/UI design experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise tools.

• Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail showcased in your portfolio.

• Deep expertise in Figma (or equivalent), prototyping.

• Understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Eagerness to learn, iterate, and contribute to the global loyalty-tech stage.
