We’re looking for a Product Designer with 2–4 years of experience who’s ready to grow their skills, take initiative, and help create intuitive, impactful, and scalable product experiences. You’ll work independently with support from senior designers and your team lead to help shape the future of Alteryx UX.
Design Execution & Process
Translate requirements into user-centered design solutions
Confidently present work and iterate on feedback
Document design decisions and follow team processes
Execute with autonomy and increasing consistency
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders
Lead design discussions and reviews
Communicate design rationale clearly across functions
Cross-Functional Impact
Balance user needs with business and technical constraints
Proactively address conflicts and propose solutions
Build trust through clear communication and follow-through
Planning & Growth
Estimate design timelines and manage tasks
Stay aligned with project milestones and team priorities
Contribute creative ideas and support ongoing learning and innovation
2–4 years of experience as a product or UX designer
Proficient with Figma
Strong communicator, open to feedback
Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
Eager to contribute and improve design systems and experiences
Bonus Points
Experience with enterprise or data-heavy products
Familiarity with user research and testing
Comfortable working across teams and tools
Compensation
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary range for this role in California, Colorado, Washington, Texas, and Rhode Island is $121,000 - 139,400.
In addition, you may be eligible for other compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
