Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:

• Deliver thoughtful, high‑quality user experiences by creating customer‑centered flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models, and by elevating design craft through clear rationale and strong judgment.

• Lead design excellence across teams by running inclusive design critiques, improving design‑to‑engineering handoffs, clarifying ownership, and advocating for user needs while balancing business, technical, and regulatory realities.

• Serve as the primary UX partner for India‑based product and engineering teams, translating global UX strategy into actionable team plans, aligning roadmaps, defining success criteria, and representing UX in cross‑functional discussions.

• Drive consistency and quality across products by collaborating with UX leadership and DesignOps to evolve processes, tools, and standards that support scalable, high‑velocity design work.

• Leverage AI and automation to enhance workflows and product experiences, using AI tools for research, ideation, prototyping, and documentation, and helping teams identify responsible ways to apply AI that build trust and user value.

• Enable global collaboration and user‑focused delivery by building strong cross‑geography relationships, facilitating work across time zones, ensuring accessibility and diverse user needs are addressed early, and guiding teams toward pragmatic, outcome‑driven decisions.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

• Abilities: Proven experience designing complex, enterprise‑scale products, with strong cross‑functional collaboration skills; the ability to problem‑solve within constraints and communicate trade‑offs; comfort working with globally distributed teams; advanced proficiency in modern design tools (such as Figma); a data‑informed approach to design using research and analytics; working knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and front‑end technologies; and a portfolio demonstrating strong information architecture, problem‑solving, and user impact.

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design. 

• Location: Bangalore, India
