Project Description: This project involved the end-to-end processing and retouching of over 2,000+ product images for the client's new e-commerce website and seasonal marketing campaigns. The primary goal was to create a clean, consistent, and professional look across the entire product catalog to enhance the customer shopping experience and boost conversions.

My Role & Process: My responsibility was to transform raw, straight-from-camera product shots into web-ready assets that met the brand's strict visual guidelines. My workflow included:

• Initial Processing: Culling and organizing thousands of RAW files in Adobe Lightroom, applying initial lens corrections, and establishing a consistent baseline for exposure and white balance.

• Background Removal: Meticulously removing backgrounds from all images using the Pen Tool in Photoshop to ensure crisp, clean edges, and placing the products on a pure white ($#FFFFFF$) background.

• Color Correction: Performing detailed color correction to ensure that the product colors on screen were an exact match to the physical items, reducing potential customer returns.

• Retouching & Cleanup: Removing dust, scratches, fingerprints, and any imperfections from the products (especially for jewelry, electronics, and apparel) to present them in perfect condition.

• Shadow Creation: Adding realistic and consistent drop shadows or natural shadows to give products depth and dimension, making them stand out on the page.

• Automation & Delivery: Creating and utilizing custom Photoshop Actions for batch processing tasks like resizing, cropping, and exporting images in multiple formats required for the web and social media, ensuring fast and efficient delivery.
