ESB Link is a web platform designed to assist professionals and businesses throughout the entire bureaucratic process required to access various tax deductions related to building bonuses. This subject is one of the most complex ever, given its breadth and intricacy. The regulations governing tax deductions are among the most convoluted in Italy, with numerous changes in a short period and complex procedures needed to avoid heavy penalties. The ESB Link platform simplifies the process for professionals and businesses with contracts from deduction beneficiaries, guiding them in preparing the necessary documentation and preventing errors that could compromise the legality of the procedure. This is achieved through a combined automatic-manual procedure that balances speed, clarity, and simplicity. As the Project/Product Manager of the platform, I developed the basic workflow, aiming to eliminate all unnecessary aspects that prolonged timelines. By thoroughly studying the regulations, I created control pathways necessary for professional teams to identify errors or inaccuracies within the extensive documentation produced. Additionally, I contributed to the creation of UI/UX mockups to make the entire experience simple and intuitive. Today, ESB Link boasts thousands of clients, including professionals and businesses that rely on it to operate securely in this complex field. Thousands of construction sites across Italy have been uploaded to the platform.
