Compass is an AI chatbot that answers questions with authentic, firsthand experiences, using data you can't find anywhere else online.
Marketing, Product, and Ops teams at companies like Typeform, DocuSign, and Docker use Compass to:
- Deeply understand their customers (messaging, thought leadership, personas)
- Make better software purchasing decisions (comparison, negotiation, implementation)
- Get meaningful insights into their competition (differentiators, pain points)
Compass pulls its answers from InsightDB, GetWhys' proprietary database of firsthand experiences. (GetWhys has a small army of contractors interviewing software buyers, users, and implementers—which means that InsightDB contains rich data you can't find anywhere else.)
