An ATM functionality code in python by Channel 1 (Tech Seals) members of the ACC3 Cohort in the Azubi Africa AWS re-Start program As team lead I was able to coordinate my colleagues to complete the project in the most efficient way possible, if I do say so myself. We broke down the inner workings of the program into smaller functions and shared it amongst each other to tackle. We’d meet after a day, run each other through the codes we’d written and I’d integrate everything together. This was particularly challenging and exciting because I got to see how uniquely every individual was able to tackle a problem and how collectively as a unit we were able to constructively criticize each submission and come out with the best solution. It was a very exciting and fluid process of organizing meetings, looking through code, making suggestions and refactoring for the best possible solution. This was a beginner project, but I believe our teamwork and coordination allowed us the opportunity to make it feel more than a beginner project.
