Description : GPS is M&R strategic platform for policy administration for Medicare Part D and Medicare Advantage Products. This application is used by 6000 users in contact center, operation and supports 6 MM active members, application, enrollment, premium, billing and fulfillment information are housed in GPS.
Election Periods and effective dates included various changes relating to determining election periods and effective dates based on the application’s region plan, receive date and type of plan. Also, updating the OEC file processing to allow business to add new sources of this file layout without a release.
Responsibilities - Understanding the Client Requirements and functionality of the system. - Prepare and Execution of test cases as per requirement. - Involved in preparing the traceability matrix.
- Participating in any quality assurance work required to ensure the delivered products are truly fit for purpose
- Work with the Product Owner to analyze and decompose the Product Backlog items
- Help create and maintain the Sprint Backlog, Sprint Burndown Chart and Task Board
- Demonstrate the product at the end of each Sprint — during the Sprint Review
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums and Retrospectives if the ScrumMaster is not able to do so for any reason
- Collaborate and share knowledge and experience among the Team, Product Owner, ScrumMaster and Stakeholders
