This application is used by 6000 users in contact center, operation and supports 6 MM active members, application, enrollment, premium, billing and fulfillment information are housed in GPS. Election Periods and effective dates included various changes relating to determining election periods and effective dates based on the application’s region plan, receive date and type of plan.
