Every time you travel either for work or vacation and you check in to a hotel or airBnB and you have a request, like an extra pillow or encountered a problem like the air conditioning isn't working, what do you do? That's right, you call reception (as long as you figure out how to) and make your request or complaint. Then you hope reception remembers to pass on your request to a technician or housekeeping and wait. Most times you have to call again.
Well, our service places a QR code in the room, which one scans and submits the request that goes directly to the technician or housekeeping. Drastically reducing waiting times for the guests and also staff.
The Admin/Manager platform works as a responsive site and the worker app is a web app easily installable on both Android and iOS.
